Refund policy


Products:
All online purchases are FINAL. For in person purchases, returns can be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The box must be sealed, up-opened and intact. The product must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Services:
Refunds are not available once the service has been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your services, please email us at yourbff@beautyfluff.com or call us at (516)767-7778.
Packages:
Packages can be partially returned. Only services that have yet to be rendered can be refunded. Partial package refunds can be processed until all services are rendered. To complete your refund, we require  receipt or proof of purchase. 
Memberships:
Memberships may not be refunded. You may freeze or cancel your membership if you do not wish to be charged for a certain month, however, once the month begins, refunds will not be permitted. In order to freeze or cancel your membership, you must notify Beautyfluff in writing thought email or text at yourbff@beautyfluff.com.
You may share membership benefits with other clients per request. The request must be in writing, you may email or text us your request. 
Gift Cards:
All online and in person gift card sales are final. Gift cards must be present at the time of purchases/usage. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be redeemed or replaced. Gift cards do no expire. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
