The Brain Behind Beautyfluff: Meet Eric

"Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower." – Steve Jobs

When people talk about Beautyfluff, they often mention the flawless treatments, the comfy spa beds, or the feeling of ease from the moment they walk in. What they don’t see is the person quietly orchestrating it all behind the scenes.

Before co-founding Beautyfluff, Eric built a career at companies most wouldn’t expect from a spa founder. From Bain & Company to Sony to Johnson & Johnson, he learned how systems worked by building them himself. He never set out to run a spa. But when he met Yennie and heard her dream, he saw a rare chance to bring his background and passion into something he could call his own.

From the start, Eric knew he didn’t want to create a typical spa. He envisioned a space that felt private, thoughtful, and intentional. From heated treatment beds to automated forms and screens in every room, every detail is by his design. The most seamless, often overlooked parts of the Beautyfluff experience exist because Eric quietly put them there. If it runs, turns on, or functions behind the scenes, it probably has Eric’s fingerprints on it. Literally.

None of it is glamorous, and Eric’s the first to admit it. He often jokes that he’s “chronically tired” and “dead inside.” But beneath the sarcasm is someone who cares deeply and pushes through the burnout because he believes in what he’s building and takes pride in it. He doesn’t just keep the place running. He built the place to run.

Today, Eric still works behind the scenes—always rushing somewhere and rarely still. But make no mistake: without him, Beautyfluff wouldn’t be what it is. His vision for the company stays ahead of the curve, and his ability to do what needs to be done—often without recognition—is what keeps the company growing. He’s never satisfied with standing still, and he believes innovation, even when risky, is always worth it. Because at the end of the day, Beautyfluff isn’t just a business. It’s everything he’s built, everything he’s learned, and everything he believes can be better.

"You gotta do what you gotta do," he often says.

And Eric always does.
