The Heart Behind Beautyfluff: Meet Yennie

Yennie is “The Diva.”

It's a popular inside joke within Beautyfluff, and openly acknowledged by Yennie. She often leans into it, purposefully acting more sassy or bossy to play it up, but everyone knows "The Diva" is just one small aspect of Yennie, and that she's so much more than that.

Yennie’s “inner diva” shines through in her fierce dedication to her clients. She believes they deserve nothing less than the best—comfortable linens, ideal temperatures, perfectly chosen scents, and treatments tailored with exacting care. Her attention to detail borders on obsession in the best way, and nothing unsettles her more than the idea of a client feeling anything less than completely cared for. In fact, it's her greatest pet-peeve. She will stop at nothing to make sure Beautyfluff's vision is maintained to be exactly how she wants it to be.

While being the Director of Esthetics, she was also the Co-Founder of Beautyfluff and works hard everyday to embody the same dream she has had for over a decade. Behind her cheerful smile is a woman who works tirelessly with a deep sense of purpose to make people feel beautiful, cared for, and truly seen.

Yennie leads with an attentive heart, and it shows in the little things. She can remember even the most minute of details, and it's incredibly validating to be seen by someone who truly cares about you. Whether it’s remembering the name of a client's spouse or knowing exactly what they need today because she recalled how their skin reacted to treatment the previous session weeks before, Yennie has an astounding gift for details. Her clients don’t just feel pampered—they feel known.
