Meet Leadership Coach and Psychologist Dr. Kiki Nicolopoulos

Dr. Kiki Nicolopoulos brings together psychology, leadership development, and organizational consulting in a career dedicated to helping individuals and institutions reach their full potential. As an integrative business coach, organizational consultant, and workshop facilitator, she works with both emerging and established leaders who want to strengthen their impact in complex professional environments.
Her approach combines psychological insight with practical leadership strategy. Rather than focusing solely on theory, Dr. Nicolopoulos works through experiential coaching methods that help leaders examine how they think, communicate, and make decisions within the systems they operate in. This hands-on approach allows clients to translate self-awareness directly into more effective leadership.
Dr. Nicolopoulos holds a doctorate in Psychology and has extensive training in executive and transition coaching. She is also a certified facilitator of Family Constellations through the Bert Hellinger Institute, a framework that examines how relational and systemic dynamics influence both personal and professional behavior. This training allows her to help leaders understand not only organizational challenges, but also the deeper patterns that shape how individuals lead and collaborate.
In addition to her coaching practice, she is a Professor of Psychology at Baruch College, City University of New York. There, she teaches in the Master’s Program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, where her courses focus on leadership development, business coaching, and organizational culture. Her work with graduate students helps prepare future leaders and consultants who will shape workplaces across industries.
Dr. Nicolopoulos offers individual and group coaching sessions both in person and virtually, working with clients across a range of professional fields. Through her consulting, teaching, and facilitation work, she continues to help leaders build organizations that are more thoughtful, adaptive, and effective.
Her work sits at the intersection of psychology and leadership, demonstrating how a deeper understanding of human behavior can transform not only individuals, but entire organizations.
