Dr. Laura Silver McGuire is a clinical psychologist whose work spans private practice, academic teaching, and nationally recognized research. From leading school-based prevention studies to developing a bullying curriculum used across Long Island, her career reflects a powerful combination of scholarship, leadership, and real-world impact.

Dr. Kiki Nicolopoulos is a psychologist, leadership coach, and organizational consultant who works with professionals and emerging leaders to strengthen how they lead and collaborate. Through coaching, consulting, and teaching in Baruch College’s graduate program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, she brings psychological insight directly into the world of leadership and business.

Behind the Circle of Healing is a story shaped by nursing, survival, and resilience. Rhoda’s journey as a cancer survivor informs every part of the care she offers, grounded in the belief that healing is stronger when it is shared.

You may recognize Kim as the nurse practitioner you’ve met in passing or spoken with briefly, or as someone deeply committed to animal rescue. What is less visible is the history behind her directness and the experiences that shaped how she approaches women’s care today.
